Privacy Policy

Dino Touch is a calm dinosaur interaction game for babies, toddlers, and preschoolers. This policy explains what happens to information when a child plays the app and when a parent visits this website or contacts support.

Effective October 3, 2026

Who operates Dino Touch

Dino Touch is operated by Diogo, Inc. Questions about this policy or Dino Touch privacy can be sent to matthew@teamdiogo.com.

Information handled by the app

Dino Touch gameplay works offline. The app does not collect or transmit personal information through gameplay.

  • No account or sign-in is required.
  • The app does not include advertising, analytics, tracking, or in-app purchases.
  • The app does not request access to the camera, microphone, contacts, photo library, or location.
  • Dinosaur sounds and music are bundled with the app and played on the device. Dino Touch does not record audio.
  • Gameplay and discovery state are held locally in memory and are not sent to Diogo, Inc.
  • Dino Touch has no user uploads, messaging, or social features.

Children's privacy

Dino Touch is designed for young children to use with a parent or guardian. Because the app has no accounts, online gameplay, advertising, analytics, or user submissions, it does not ask children to provide personal information and does not transmit personal information from gameplay.

Parents and guardians can contact us if they have questions about the app or believe information was provided to us outside the app.

Website visits are separate from app use

Playing Dino Touch does not require visiting teamdiogo.com. These Dino Touch pages do not include advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or third-party embeds, and the website does not set a cookie when these pages are loaded.

Like most websites, the hosting provider may automatically process basic request information, such as an IP address, browser or device information, the page requested, and the date and time, in server logs used to deliver, secure, and maintain the website. This website activity is separate from Dino Touch gameplay.

When a parent or guardian contacts support

If a parent or guardian emails us or uses the Team Diogo contact form, they voluntarily provide an email address, message, and any other details they choose to include. The website contact form also asks for a name and subject. This information is sent through our website and email providers so we can receive and respond to the request.

Please do not include a child's name, photo, voice recording, location, or other personal information in a support message.

We do not publish a fixed retention period for support correspondence. A parent or guardian may ask us to delete their support correspondence by emailing matthew@teamdiogo.com. We will review the request and delete information where applicable, subject to information we may need to keep for legal or security reasons.

Policy changes

If Dino Touch's practices change, this page will be updated and its effective date will be revised. The current policy will remain available at this URL.
